The next 10 days are your downfall, admit it. 

You’re in good company, they are the downfall of most but they don’t have to be! Here are 3 simple but impactful ways to change your eating habits over the next 10 days to prevent weight gain. Come January 1st, you’ll be glad you did these things, trust me.

Cliff notes version: 

  1. Avoid seed oils (duh)
  2. Include nutrient-rich organs and animal fat prior to meals
  3. Choose nose to tail animal foods FIRST when you are eating
